ALABAMA As follows: 1. That the funds appropriated in line item 101-869-69-01, Budget Reserve be decreased by $50,000.00 2. That the funds be appropriated in line item 101-866-65-65, Emergency Storm Preparedness be increased by $50,000.00 3.
