AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PRICHARD TO MAKE APPLICATION
FOR REMOVAL OF DEBRIS FROM PROPERTY OF ABSENTEE LANDLORDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA
AS FOLLOWS: °
Section 1. If an absentee landlord has not applied to have
the debris cleared from his rental property within seven (7) days
of this published ordinance, then the City of Prichard be authorize
to make the proper application.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force until the Council
deems the emergency to be ended.
