BH IT ORDAINED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF THS cI AS FCLLOWS: HH Y OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, SECTICH 1. That the Zoning Ordinence of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning map of the City of Prichard, be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alebama, déscribed as follows, to-wit: Lots 1 and 2, Block E, Washington Eeights. A The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Commercial (B-1 District and it shall hereafter be . lawful to construct on such vroperty any structures perritted by Ordinance No. 981, the Zoning Grdinance of the City of Prichard, end to use said premises for any use permitted py the terms of said Ordinence in a commercial (B-1) District; provided, however thet the plans for any structure or building sought to be erecteé on said ° pronsrty shall be in compliance with the building laws cf the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be appvoved by the Building’ | inspector of the City of Pricherd, und that any such structure be * °* erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance Hc. 981. % 1 a i ‘ 4 SHCTICN 2.
