Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. /3/2 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to cause or allow any large truck of any description to be parked or to stand on either side of Birmingham Avenue between Craft Highway and Telegraph Road in the City of Prichard. Section 2. Any person, firm, association or corporation found guilty of violation of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $200.00 and may, in addition, in the discretion of the Judge or Recorder trying the cause, be sentenced to not more than six months in jail or at hard labor for the City of Prichard, one or both, in the discretion of the Judge or Recorder trying the cause.
