Page 1 ORDINANCE No. 1330 AN ORDINANCE AM {NDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Frichard, State of Alabama described as follows to-wit: Beg. N%S Lott Rd. 208.4 ft W of B/S Fract. Sect. 24 13S RoW, then N. Par. to Sect. Line 425.3 Ft., then W 210 Ft. then § 349.4Ft. to N/S Hwy 45, then S along Fwy 115.6 Ft. to Lott Rd. then E 126.3 Ft to beg. The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residantial (R-1) District to Commercial (B-1) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construdt on such property any structures per- mitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Commercial (B-1) District, provided, however, a. That a site plan be presented and approved by the Planning Commission before the issuing of a building permit, b. that a visual screen fence be gonstructed on the roadside adjacent to a residential district', that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in com- pliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirements of said Ordinance No. 981.
