Page 1 ORDINAECE NO. 1280 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING FIRE AND POLICE PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD TO KILL DOGS WHEN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES. OR TO PROTECT SUCH PERSONNEL FROM BODILY INJURY BE IP ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABANA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Fire and Police Personnel of the City of Prichard are hereby euthorized to kill any dog ineluding guard degs, when such action is absolutely necessary (ad te enable such personnel ta carry out their official duties and the performance of such duties is being prevented by such dog, or (b) to protect such fire or police personnel from bodily injury.
