Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. UR AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LEFT-SIDE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN - 4 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of such vehicle next to the curb, and it shall be unlawful to- stand or park any vehicle in a street other than paral- lel with the curb and with the two right wheels of the vehicle within twelve (12) inches of the regularly established curb line, in the following designated areas: (a) Main Street (b) Ellis Street (c) Clark Street between Holmes Street and Craft Highway SECTION 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, be sentenced to jail or hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
