AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO, 1139
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SSCTION 1, That Improvement Ordinance No. 1139 .
providing for certain street improvements on the following
street: '
Codtlege Street from Prichard Avenue to 3Sweeneys Lane,
is hereby confirmed.
SECTION. 2, That this Ordinance shall have full force
and effect upon its approval as required by law.
