Page 1 , - ow a ORDINANCE NUMBER 6c “ a BE IT ORDANINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person, while under the influence of intoxicants, to use loud, profane, abusive or threatening language, to engage in any form of physical combat, to dese troy or damage personal property, or to cause or create a disturbance in any place in the City of Prichard or tn the police jurisdiction thereof. SECTION 2, Any person found quilty of violation of Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than £100.00 and may, in addition, tn the discretion of the Judge or Re- corder trying the case, be sentenced to jail or to hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six (6) months, one or both.
