Page 1 O AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1963 FOR THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA ORDINANCE # 2007 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the 2012, Edition of the International Mechanical Code, copy right 2012 by the International Mechanical Code Council, with all amendments and updates thereto, which has been on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Prichard, Alabama, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council are hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of Prichard. SECTION 2. That a copy of this Ordinance shall be published pursuant to and according to law, after its adoption, but it shall not be necessary for the said Mechanical Code to be published in a newspaper, nor shall the same be spread at length upon the minutes of the Council, but this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Minutes. SECTION 3. The said Mechanical Code, 2012 edition with all amendments and updates shall be in full force and in effect on and after the _27thday of _JUNE , 2013, and all ordinances heretofore adopted by the City of Prichard in conflict therewith are hereby repealed.
