Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. J Y3 BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: SECTION 1, The following streets in the City of Prichard shall be paved in accordance with the Bond Issue Ordinance hereto fore adopted by the people of Mobile County, Alabama on the 27th day of March, 1962, namely: Warren Street - Eighth to Center. ‘Center Street - Warren to Culvert. Anderson Street - Engine to Culvert. Fifth Street= Engine to Hwy. #45. Thomas Street - Whistler Avenue to Engine. McGee Street - 9th to Perry Avenue. College Street - Garrison to Prichard 5t. Rebel Road - Gould to Dead End. East Seventh Street - Warren to Culvert. Warren Placei~ Warren to Seventh. Gould Street - Culvert to Warren -SECTION 2. The City of Prichard, Alabama, shall issue or cause to be issued public improvement bonds in an amount not to exceed $27,000.00 which such principal amount shall be assessed against the abutting property owners in the same proportion as the assessable feet owned by such property owners shall bear to the total number of assessable feet in the manner provided by law.
