Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 613 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and an offence against the City of Prichard, Alabama for any person, firm or corporation in the City limits of the City of Prichard to fail, refuse or neglect to con- nect or cause to be connected to any reasonably available sanitary sewage system any and all lots, parcels or portions or parts thereof subject to being connected, owned by or in the possession or under- A the control of such person, firm or corporation. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective uvon and shall be in force from and after the lst day of December, 1954. SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violation of the provisions hereof shall upon conviction, be fined not more than one hundred (100.00) dollars, and may in addition, in the dis- cretion of the Recorder or Judge trying the same, be sentenced to . jail or hard labor for a period not to exceed six (6) months. aS Adopted this the 20th day of July, 1954. ; ih
