Page 1 ORDINANCE # 1620 ORDINANCE # 1620 AMENDING ORDINANCE # 1575 RELATING TO THE ADVERTISING FEE FOR REZONING OF PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, that Ordinance #1575 is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1. A $125.00 Advertising Fee is hereby levied against any person, firm, or corporation, making application to have property located within the City of Prichard rezoned. SECTION 2. The $125.00 Advertising Fee shall be collected by the City Clerk-Treasurer at the time the rezoning application is filed. SECTION 3.
