BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY @ PRICHARD, ALABAMA, that the grade of Perdido Street from Craft Highway to Coosa Street is hereby fixed and established, both as to the center of said street and the curb lines of same, in accordance with the profile sheet prepared by Polyengineering, today exhibited to this Council, and on file in the office of the City Clerk where interested persons may seo and examine the Samee All of the above street being within the City of Prichard, Mobile County, Alabama, and being fixed and established by a map, plat or survey of said City duly recorded in the office of Probate Judge of Mobile County, Alabama. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, approval and publication es required by law. Adopted and approved this 3rd day of Decenber, gilda 1962»
