Page 1 ware geo GORDINANCE HO. (1G Bot an Ordinance to Provide for the Sanitary Sewers in the City of Prichard BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows, to-wit: iL. That sanitary sewers be constructed on Snyder Avenue from Whistler Avenue to Chip Street 2¢ That in the construction of said sewers all necessary risers, connections, wyes,; manholes and other appurtenances, including axtension of house services to points twelve feet from the center Lin of the street be constructed . 411 as Bhown by the plans for said project, which are hereby approved by the City Couricll] and placed on file in the office of the City Clerk where interested parties may see and examine the same. 3, that in the construction of said sewers all pipe shall be of vitrified clay with bituminiaus joints, that all manholes shall be constructed of clay brick with concrete bottoms and cast iron frames and covers. kh, The property drained, served, and benefited by the sanitary sewer improvements provided herein is hereby défined as the property ‘abutting on said improvements and fronting and abutting on both sides of Snyder Avenue from Whistler Avenue to Chip Street.
