Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. __ 1664 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981, together with the Zoning Map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain Property In the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows: Beginning at a point where the East line of the right-of-way of Gulf, Mobile and Northern Railroad Company intersects the North line of the right-of-way of Turner Road for & place of beginning, running thence North 18 degrees 20 minutes East along the East line of the right-of-way of the Gulf, Mobile and Northern Railroad 150 feet to a point, thence Eastwardly and parellel with Turner Road 45 feet to a point thence Southwardly 150 feet to a point on the North line of the right-of-way of Turner Road; thence Westwardly 55 feet to a place of beginning. ’ The Classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-2) District to Business (B-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2) District; provided, however, that the plans * for any structure or building sought to be erected on said Property shall be in compliance with the Building Laws of the City of Prichard, and that any Structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard and that any such structure be erected only In compliance with such laws, including the requirements of paid Ordinance #981.
