Page 1 GRADE ORDINANCE NO. GS @ An ordinance to establish the grades of certain streets and portions there- of in the City of Prichard, Alabama. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama that the grade of Donna Drive from Whistler Avenue to Chip Street is hereby fixed and established, both as to the centerjof said street and the curb lines of same, in accordance with the profile sheet prepared by Ladd Eng- ineering Company, today exhibited to this council, and on file in the office of the City Clerk where interested persons may see and examine the same. All of the above street and portion thereof being within the City of Prichard, Mobile County, Alabama and being fixed and established by a map, plat or survey of said City duly recorded in the Office of Probate Judge of Mobile County, Alabama.
