Page 1 ORDINANCE #1516 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1245, #1313, and #1515, IMPOSING A CITY SALES TAX. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: . Section 1. That the Ordinance imposing a City Sales Tax in the City of Prichard, be, and is, hereby amended so that said Sales Tax be, and is, reduced from 24% to 14% effective December 1, 1979.
