Attest ORDINANCE #1592 MUNICIPAL CENSUS OF PRICHARD'S DISABLED Pursuant to 11-47-90 of the Alabama Code, The City of Prichard is hereby requiring a Census to be taken of the inhabitants residing within the corporate limits and a determination of the disabled among the population reported therein. In addition, the City is requiring a census to be conducted of the Prichard Enterprise Zone. Appointment of Enumerators The Mayor is authorized to appoint the necessary enumerators and to have such enumerators confirmed by the City Council. “The appointment and conduct of such enumerators shall conform to 11-97-90 of The Alabama Code.
