Page 1 AYN ORDINANCE NO, 988 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD MAY SIGN THEIR OWN APPEARANCE BONDS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. All resident property owners of the City of Prichard bearing good character and reputation are hereby granted the right to sign their own appearance bonds for the Recorder's Court of Prichard, without the necessity of sureties or security when charged with and arrested upon a misdemeanor charge allegedly occurring in the City of Prichard. Section 2. Ordinance No. 885 together with all other ordinances, resolutions, and motions dealing with this same subject matter are hereby repealed. Section 3.
