ALABAMA As follows: 1. That line item 101-863-62-17, Building Improvement City Overhead, be increased by $8,000.00, such that the total amount appropriated is $18,000.00. 2. That line item 101-865-64-12, Gas Heating City Buildings , be increased by $4,000.00, such that the total amount appropriated is $19,500.00. 3. That the funds appropriated in line item 101-865-64-22, Electricity All City Property, be decreased by $12,000.00 such that the total amount appropriated is $530,000.00 That all other line items not affected by this ordinance shall be and will remain the same. |, Cynthia K. Fin¥nce Director Page 3 ORDINANCE NO.; _ 2923-4 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2023 AND CHANGING THE TIME FOR HOLDING THE ENVIRONMENTAL COURT DOCKET OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C'TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: . Section 1. Pursuant to § 12-14-3 of the Code of Alaban 1975, commenting in the month of April of 2017, the Environmental Court Docket of the Vlunicipal Court of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be held on Tuesdays of each month cor mencing at 9:00 a.m., in the Municipal Court Room in the A.J. Cooper Municipal Building, 216 E. Prichard Avenue, Prichard, Alabama. Section 2. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prohibit or limit the special setting or continuation of cases on days, at times and in places different that provided for herein by the judge presiding over the Environmental Docket or the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Prichard, Alabama. Section 3. Ordinance No. 2023 of the City of Prichard, Alabama is hereby repealed, in its entirety. Section 4.
