Page 1 _ Publish Mobile Press Register Mar. 23, 1973 ORDINANCE NUMBER 1347 BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard, Alabama, as follows: Section 1. that the intersection of Harriet Avenue and Birmingham Street in the City of Prichard shall be designated a four-way stop intersection and that signs marking such intersection as a four-way stop intersection shall be placed at appropriate points in the rights of way of the said streets. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to heed the said four-way stop signs. Section 2. Any person found guilty of violation of Section 1 hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. APPROVED, this _?9th day of March , 1973. APPROVED ¢
