AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE ADMISSION
TAXES .OF THE CITY -AND ITS POLICE _
. SURISDICTION
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALA-
BAMA, AS FOLLOWS: ._ _. Ls.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 741, the Admission Tax Ordinance
of the City of Prichard, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 74.2, The Admission Tax Ordinance
of the Police Jurisdiction of the City of Prichard, is hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
