ORDINANCE NO. GO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 880
adopted the 26th day of September, 1960, be and the same
is amended by adding to such section of such Ordinance the
following words and figures:
V. The Gross proceeds of sales of
insecticides and fungicides and feed for livestock and
on al (but not including prepared foods for dogs or
cats).
SECTION 2, The said Ordinance shall otherwise
remain as it now is written.
ADOPTED this the 4th day of February, 1963.
