Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. FH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person to cause or allow any motor vehicle or allow such motor vehicle to remain parked or standing on the South side of Criterion Street for a distance of one hundred seventy five (175') feet from the intersection of such street with Telegraph Road. SECTION 2, Any person found guilty of violating Section 1 hereof shall be guilty of an offense against the City of Prichard and shall, upon conviction be fined not more than $100.00 for each offense.
