BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL BP THE CITY OF PRIGHARD, ALABAMA
AS FOLLOWS s

That the improvements constructed under Improvement Ordinance
No. 562 in Prica Tract between Whistler Avenue and Wilson
Avenue in the Gity of Prichard, Alabama be accepted as complete.
That the assessment roll for said improvement as prepared by Ey J»
Ladd, City Engineers and presented to the Council, is hereby
approved by said Council and made final, and the. dity. Clerk is
hereby authorized to proceed with the collection of said
assessments.
