Page 1 ORDINANCE No. 7 2” BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Prichard as follows: SECTION ONE From thereafter the effective date of this Ordinance it shall be unlawful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person to cause or allow any automotive vehicle, by whatever name called, or any other vehicle, to be parked on either side of Birmingham Avenue within 75 feet Eastwardly from the intersection of Birminaham Avenue and Craft Highway. SECTION Two After the effective date of this Ordinance it shall be unlaw- ful and an offense against the City of Prichard for any person to cause or allow any automotive vehicle, by whatever name called, or any other vehicle, to be parked or allowed to stand for more than two hours at a point commencing 75 feet East of the inter- section of Birmingham Avenue and Craft Highway and extending Eastwardly a distance of 200 feet. Any persons found guilty of violating SECTIONS ONE or TWO of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100.00. ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1962.
