AN ORDINANCE TO: AMEND ORDINANCE #1245, AND’ #1313- AND ORDINANCE.
#1S158, IMPOSING A CIty SALES TAX. .
- BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL’ OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
. ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS +: :
Section l. That the Ordinance imposing a City Sales Tax in
the City of Prichard, be, and is, hereby amended so that said
Sales Tax be, and is, increased from 135% to 2%%, effective
December 1, 1980. . -
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 8th day of October, 1980.
