Page 1 ORDINANCE # 1916 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1903 ADOPTING THE CAPTIAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002 THROUGH 2005- 2006. WHEREAS, Ordinance #1911 adopted January 30, 2003 decreased furiding of Project 2001-003 Municipal Complex Floor and Paint to $ 0.00 and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Prichard on November 21, 2002, approved $7,400.00 to be spent on the refurbishing of the City Council offices and WHEREAS, the City of Prichard desires to refurbish the City Council offices and to provide materials so that other areas of City Hall can be refurbished — NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as follows: Section 1. That Project 2002-006 City Hall refurbishing be included in the Capital Improvement Budget to be performed in fiscal year 2002-2003 in the amount of $30,000.00; designating $7,400.00 for the City Council Office and ar $22,600.00 for other areas of City Hall and said $30,000.00 be funded by Level © IE funds and Section 2.
