Page 1 ORDINANCE NO. 1094 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANCE NO. 981, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 981 together with the Zoning map of the City of Prichard be, and the same are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Reserved Parcel A of Meadow Gardens, First Addition, according to plat thereof recorded in Map Book 5, Pages 373-374, Office of Probate Court of Mobile County, Alabama, thence run Westerly along North line of parcel A, 38.0 feet to point of beginning; thence South 21 degrees 28 minutes East, 22.0 feet thence South 55 degrees 30 minutes West along North right of way of Seventh Street 77.65 feet; then point of curviture of a curve to the right having a radius of 225.51 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 98.40 feet; thence North 55 degrees 24 minutes 09 seconds East, 177.91 feet to the point of beginning. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residential (R-3) District to Business (8-2) District and it shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures permitted by Ordinance No. 981, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance in a Business (B-2} District; pending the following stipulations: With the restriction that no structure be erected, on the East 75 feet of the property, provided, however that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erected on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City of Prichard, and that any structure shall be approved by the Building Inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, including the requirenents of said Ordinance No. 981.
