ORDINANCE NO. 1381
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person
to fraudulently pretend to be, or to hold himself out to
be or to represent himself as, a police officer of the City
of Prichard.
SECTION 2. Any person violating this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $300.00,
plus costs, and may be confined in the City Jail for a
period not to exceed six months.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall have full force
and effect upon its approval as required by law.
