Page 1 ORDINANCE NO.: 2034 ° A ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AND ALLOCATING THE EXPENDITURE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS FOR PROJECTS IN COUNCIL DISTRICT ONE WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council representative from Council District One in the City of Prichard, Alabama desire to appropriate the sum of $10,000.00 from funds received by the city through the Alabama Trust Fund for capital improvements to made in Council District One; and WHEREAS, the council representative from Council District One desires to allocate the $10,000.00 among three (3) projects, namely: High Pointe Golf Course $2,500.00, High Pointe Park $3,500.00 and Eight Mile Park $4,000.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, as follows: JL, With the recommendation of the Mayor of the City of Prichard, the City Council of the City of Prichard hereby appropriates from funds received through the Alabama Trust Fund the sum of $10,000.00 to be allocated as follows: $2,500.00 for capital improvements to be made at the High Pointe Golf Course; $3,500.00 for capital improvements to be made at High Pointe Park; and $4,000.00 for capital improvements to be made at Eight Mile Park. 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
