AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING AN REPEALING ORDINANCE #1513
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA,
AS FOLLOWS: .
Section 1. That Ordinance #1513, an Ordinance regulating itinerant
Vendors and other who contract or offer to contract to construct to
repair roofings, shingling, or do tree trimming or removal, and
requiring temporary permit and bond therefor, be and fs rescinded
and repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon
its approval as required by law.
Adopted this 5th day of February, 1980.
