Page 1 ORDINANCE #1928 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #1903 ADOPTING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002 THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2006 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That project 2004-001 Jail Renovations be decreased by $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 Section 2. That project 2002-006 City Hall Refurbishing be increased by $150,000.00 to $172,600.00 Section 3.
