ORDINANCE NO. 1046 -
AN ORDINANCE,
BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
drive, operate, or propel any vehicle in an eastwardly
direction on Main Street from Phillips Street to Holmes
Drive.
Section 2, Any person violating Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall; upon conviction, be punished by a fine
of not more than $100.00,
Adopted this 25th day of October, 1965.
