ORDINANCE NO. 1385
BE If ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
operate any motor vehicle on the Prichard Municipal Golf
Course in the City of Prichard, Alabama. This ordinance
shall not apply to golf carts of standard design and shall
not apply to motor vehicles involved in maintenance or
construction of said golf course.
SECTION 2. Any person convicted of violation of
this ordinance shall be fined not more than $200.00.
