Page 1 ORDINANCE #1586 AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE PARKING ON CLARK AND MAIN STREETS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1. On and after the approval of this Ordinance as required by law, vehicle parking on Clark Street and Main Street, located in the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be limited to twenty(20) minutes. Any vehicle parked in excess of twenty(20) minutes on either Clark or Main Street shall be ticketed for a traffic infraction and the owner of said vehicle shall be subject to the payment of a fine to the City of Prichard in the amount of five($5.00) dollafs.
