All persons, firms or corporations seeking to obtain Building Permits, Electrical Permits, or Plumbing Permits, in the City of Prichard, Alabama or the Police Jurisdiction thereof who are licensed to perform such work, shall make application to the City Clerk of the city of Prichard and upon complying with all ordinances governing same and depositing the amount required for the issuance of such permit, shall be entitled to receive the same from the City “Clerk of the City of Prichard. Any property owner desiring to obtain . : Building Permits; Electrical Permits or Plumbing Permits to perform work upon their own property in the ,city of Prichard, Alabama or the Police Jurisdiction thereof, shall make application to the City Clerk of the City of Prichard and upon complying with all ordinances governing same and depositing the amount i receive the same from the City Clerk of the City of Prichard.
