ORDINANCE NO. 1407
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA THAT ORDINANCE NO. 1390 BE AMENDED TO
READ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City shall provide when possible an
escort for all funerals of residents of the City of Prichard
conducted by funeral homes located in the City of Prichard
without charge for such escort, and no charge for such escort
shall be made by such funeral home.
SECTION 2. The City shall provide when possible an escort
for all other funerals originating within the City of Prichard
and the funeral home conducting such funeral shall pay to the
City a charge of $35.00 for each such escort and shall not
charge more than $35.00 for such escort.
