THE CITY ‘OF ‘PRICHARD °: BE IT’ ORDAINED BY THE:CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, The salary of the Chief of Police of the City of Prichard, Alabama, shall be, and the same is hereby fixed at $800.00 per month. SECTION 2. The effective date of the commencement of the salary fixed in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be duly #2, 1965, SECTION 3, All Ordinances and Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with this Ordinance be, and the same are hereby -s-- repealed-to the extent of such- conflict. to - Adopted this 12th day of July, 1965, Publish July 22, 1965 ~ Press Publish July 23, 1965 - Register
