~ ORDINANCE NO, 167
AN ORDINANCE TO CONFIRM IMPROVEMENT ORDINANCE NO. 1181.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
* ALABAMA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That Improvement Ordinance No. 1181 providing
for certain street improvements on the following street:
College Street from Prichard Avenue to Sweeneys Lane, is
hereby confirmed.
°$ECTION 2. That this Ordinance shail have full force and effect
upon its approval as required by law,
Adopted this 17th day of March, 1969.
