Page 1 ORDINANCE _ 545 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD: SECTION 1, Ordinanee 506 of the City of Prichard, adopted by the City Council on the 8th day of January, 1948, shall be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section One and One = Half (1}), which such Section shall read in words and figures as follows: “l}, Provided, that nothing herein contained shall prevent any theatre or other public place from erecting and maintaining a smoking booth or room which is certified by the Fire Chief of the City of Prichard to not be a fire hazard."
