SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No, 981 of the City of Prichard be, and the same is hereby changed and altered in respect to Article III, Section F, Sub-Section 6 be revised to read as follows: CHANGES IN USE, A non-conforming building shall not be changed to a use of lower or less restrictive classification; such non conforming building may, however, be changed to another use of the same or higher classification, and when so changed shall not thereafter be changed to a use of a lower classification. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon its approval as required by law. ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1968, = 2A H. Centanne, City Clerk
