ORDINANCE NO. 1734
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1(4), PARAGRAPH 198 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1706
OF THE LICENSE CODE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 1(4), paragraph 198 of Ordinance No. 1706 shall be and
hereby is amended to read as follows:
198. HOUSE WRECKER! 1. cece eee c eee eect e cece ees newencs $100.00
$5,000 Bond required which must be approved by the City Council.
2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 1706 not affected by this
amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and
publication as required by law.
ADOPTED this the 30th day of April, 1991.
