AN ORDINANCE FIXING TIME LIMITS FOR PARKING
ON A SPECIFIED PART OF HOLMES STREET
‘BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor
vehicle or other object for more than two (2) consecutive hours
between 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M. on the east side of Holmes
Street between Prichard Street and Max Street, excepting, however,
Sundays and legal holidays. !
SECTION 2. Any person violating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred
($100.00) Dollars, and may in addition, be senténced to jail or
hard labor for the City of Prichard for a period not to exceed six
(6) months.
