OF ORDINANCE NO. 1100 (LICENSE CODE OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA), BY ADDING THERETO THE DEFINITION OF FLEA MARKETS AND A LICENSE FEE FOR THE OPERATION OF SAME. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. of Ordinance No. 1,100 be and hereby is amended by adding thereto Paragraph 174A, as follows: 174A. FLEA MARKETS: Open air- markets operated at a fixed lécation and selling secondhand articles and antiques, but not involved in the sale of foods or beveragesS.....-+-> $50.00 per year.
