ORDINANCE NO. 1751
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 1737
AND TO DESIGNATE THE MAYOR
AS THE SIGNATORY AUTHORITY
OF THE CHECKS AND VOUCHERS OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD,
ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1737 adopted by the City Council
on the 3rd day of December 1991 which revoked the authority of
the Mayor to sign the checks and vouchers of the City is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. The authority to sign the checks, vouchers and
other negotiable instruments of the City of Prichard is hereby
conveyed upon the Mayor of the City of Prichard.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED this the 5th day of October, 1992.
