AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CISY OF PRICHARD, BEING ORDINANGE NO. ee BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. ‘That the soning ordinance of the City of Prichard, being Ordinance No. 797, together with the zoning map of the Gity of Prichard, be, and th e game are hereby changed and altered in respect to that certain property in the City of Prichard, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Lots 1,2,3,4, and 5, Block 26, Molton Place. The classification of said property is hereby changed from Residence 1 District {R-1) to Business tow District (B~2) and 4t shall hereafter be lawful to construct on such property any structures per- mitted by Ordinance No. 797, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Prichard, and to use said premises for any use permitted by the terms of said Ordinance dn a Be2 District; provided, however, that the plans for any structure or building sought to be erccted on said property shall be in compliance with the building laws of the City.of Prichard, and that any structure. shall be approved by the building inspector of the City of Prichard, and that any such structure be erected only in compliance with such laws, includ- ing the requirements of said Ordinance No. 7970 SECTION.2.
