& ORDINANCE NO. 1362
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS:
That upon request from veterinarians in the City
of Prichard and its police jurisdiction, the dog catcher
of the City will pick up and remove dead animals from
the premises of such veterinarians, who shall pay a fee
of $2.50 per animal for such services, '
