Page 1 ORDINANCE #1575 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF $65.00 ADVERTISING FEE FOR REZONING APPLICATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRICHARD, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. A $65.00 Advertising Fee is hereby levied against any person, firm, or corporation, making application to have property located within the City of Prichard rezoned. ‘ Section 2. The $65.00 Advertising Fee shall be collected by the City Clerk-Treasurer at the time the rezoning application is filed. Section 3.
